On your Pinpoint side menu, click 'All Candidates' under the 'Candidates' section and use the search bar as shown below to search for a specific candidate. 

To view the candidates profile you will need to click on a specific job for them. For example, here we will click on the name 'Tom Hacquoil' which will show the below screen as he has applied for multiple jobs.

Note: If a candidate has applied for one job, you will be taken straight into the candidate's profile.

Next, click on the relevant job to lead you to this candidates page, for that specific job:
