How to Change Equality Monitoring Surveys for Each Location

As a company, it is important to comply with local regulations and customs regarding equality monitoring. One way to ensure compliance is by using different surveys for each location/country. This article will guide you through the process of changing Equality Monitoring Surveys for each location.

Step 1: Create Multiple Surveys

The first step is to create multiple surveys on the Equality Survey Template page. This page can be accessed by going to the "Templates" section under the Settings menu and selecting "Equality Survey Template". Here, you can create new surveys by clicking on the "Create New" button, or duplicate the default to have a good starting point. Make sure to give each survey a unique name to easily identify them.

Step 2: Assign Surveys to Locations

Once you have created enough surveys, you can assign them to specific locations. To do this, go to the location page under company organization. Here, you will see a list of all the locations in your company. Click on the three dots to the right of the location you want to assign a survey to and select "Edit".

From here, you will see a dropdown menu with a list of all the surveys you have created. Select the survey you want to assign to this location and click on the "Save" button. This will assign the selected survey to any job added to this location.
