Send documents for signature at any Hiring Workflow stage
We’ve made it possible to send documents to candidates for signing at any stage in a hiring workflow. Assign documents like NDAs to a hiring workflow stage, and they’ll be ready to send when a candidate reaches that part of the hiring process. Candidates can electronically sign and return the documents too, with our built in e-signature functionality.
Resume Redaction: Select options in Company settings
In case you missed it, last month we launched our improved resume redactor. Pinpoint’s AI-powered tool allows you to review resumes in their original format, while anonymizing potentially biasing fields.
In the Company > Profile settings under “Preferences,” there are “Resume Redaction Options” so you can choose what information to keep and remove.
API Improvements: Added jobs, requisitions, and custom field responses
Pinpoint’s API makes it easy to send data from one tool to another, and ensuring all systems are accurate. This month, we’ve updated our API so you can open new jobs and raise new requisitions in your HRIS system and send them directly into Pinpoint. Our API can also record custom fields and responses from candidates so that information can be transferred to the other tools in your recruitment tech stack.

Reports: Filter DEI reports and export files faster
Get even more data on the performance of your DEI initiatives. In the Equality Monitoring Report, we have added filters for job stages and company structure so you can pull more specific reports. We’ve also added job group as a column in reports for added clarity.
