If you add a candidate to a position by manually uploading their details yourself, or if you copy a candidate into a new job, you may need to ask them to complete the job's assigned pre-screening questions. Here's how to do it:
While looking at the candidate in question's profile, click the three small dots to the top of their details, and from the menu that appears, select the Complete Questions Request button.
You will need permission to use "Email and SMS" if you do not see this option.

Once you confirm the request, the candidate will be sent an email requesting that they follow a link to complete the required details.
The link will direct them to a Pinpoint page, where they will be asked to complete the relevant questions.
