If you add a candidate to a position by manually uploading their details yourself, of if you copy a candidate into a new job, you may need to ask them to complete the pre-screening questions the job's assigned pre-screening questions. Here's how to do it:
While looking at the candidate in question's profile, click the three small dots to the top of their details, and from the menu that appears, select the Request Additional Information button.
Once you confirm the request, the candidate will be sent an email requesting that they follow a link to complete the required details.
The link will direct them to a Pinpoint page, where they will be asked to complete the relevant questions.
