When making changes to your integrations, you may want to remove it completely from your instance of Pinpoint. This is helpful if you've moved away from using a specific third-party integration, or if you want to delete your integration set up and start again from scratch.
You'll need the "Edit company-level settings, configure integrations and manage templates" permission assigned to your account to do this.
Firstly, sign in to Pinpoint.
Scroll down the list of functions on the left hand side of the screen until you see Integrations. Click on the word Integrations.
You'll then see your integrations.
Click on the trash can icon next to the integration you want to delete.
Stop here if you are not sure what you are doing. Deleting an integration is a destructive task and all settings relating to that integration will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
You'll be asked to confirm that you're sure you want to delete this integration - if you're sure, select "Yes, delete".
You'll then see a pop-up message at the bottom of your screen confirming that "Integration was successfully deleted."
You have successfully deleted an integration.
