To delete an access group in Pinpoint, go to the User Management page and click on the Access Groups tab.

Go to the Access Group you want to remove and click on the three dots to the far right; from here, you can delete the group.

Users who are in this access group will lose all their permissions and be set to a Custom role with only the default permission (being added to interviews). They will also not inherit their Visibilities.
