The candidate rating is a 5-star scale that provides a high level 'quick-glance' at the candidate. To view this, first you will need to search for your candidate which is explained here.

The candidate star rating feature is displayed below, where you can click on any of the 5 stars to choose your rating. 

You can set this whilst viewing the candidate's application for a given job and the rating is specific to that job only.
