If you need more than one person to sign an offer letter before that hiring stage is complete, you can do that by setting up a document template with a signing order.
Each person signs in turn, and the offer is accepted when the last person signs.
✅ Tip
You'll need Edit company-level settings, configure integrations and manage templates or Create and manage company templates permissions to create the templates.
You'll need Create, send and view offers to send the offer this document is a part of.

Setting up a Multi-Signer Offer
To set up a multi-signer offer:
Create a multi-signer document template.
Set up an offer template.
Select Existing document template under Template type.
Pick your document template under Which document template should this offer be signed through?.
Check the Signing order card below the picker.
It lists the signers in the order they will sign.Click Save.
ℹ️ Note
The Letter tab is hidden for this kind of offer template, because the document template is the letter.
Sending a Multi-Signer Offer
To send the multi-signer offer:
Create and send the offer as usual.
Make sure you pick the offer template you just set up!Review the order in the Send Offer for Signing window.
Signers will receive the offer in order, before the offer is forwarded to the candidate to sign or reject.
Tracking Multi-Signer Offer Status
The Signatures column in the Offers tab shows how far signing has got. You can open the offer to see more details about the signing status.
When the last person signs, the offer is accepted.
The signed PDF will be attached to the offer and to the application, and the application moves on exactly as it does when a candidate accepts any other offer.
ℹ️ Note
Signing is the acceptance, so there is no separate Accept button for the candidate.
Tips and Best Practices
When using multi-signer offers, bear the following in mind:
Only the candidate can turn the offer down, by clicking Reject on their offer page. That stops all the signing links. Internal signers cannot decline inside the document, so if one of them needs to stop the offer, retract it in Pinpoint.
Editing or resending the offer throws away any signatures already collected. Signing starts again from the first signer, and old links say they are no longer active.
Retracting the offer stops all the signing links.
Bulk offers and offer packs cannot use document templates yet.
The offer can take 10 to 15 seconds to show as accepted after the last signature.
Three offer settings do not apply to these offers: candidate details in the letter header, removing the compensation time unit, and offer splitting. The offer template warns you if any of them are on.
