The Employee Dashboard is a separate portal from that of your platform Users (Admins, Hiring Managers, Interviewers, etc) in which your employee base can view and apply to Internal job postings, and manage their employee referrals.
There are two options to give your employee base access to the Employee Dashboard, manually and via a self sign-up link.
As a note, in order to access the Employee Dashboard settings listed below you will need to have the Company permission setting enabled.
Manually
From the left navigation menu, select the Employee Dashboard tab under the Settings tab
Once on the Employee Dashboard landing page, you should be on the Users tab. From here you can select the + Add User button
From the following window you can choose to add an existing platform user by selecting their name from the Existing User dropdown menu, or you can select the option to Invite New User, and follow the prompt to add the requested user details.
This will send the new user an email to the email address you've entered here that they have been invited to join the Employee Dashboard, and the user can follow the prompts to create their login credentials and access their dashboard
Self Sign-Up
From the same Employee Dashboard landing page (Settings > Employee Dashboard) select the Settings tab at the top of the page
On the Settings page, you can then enable the Self Sign Up feature, which will then populate your Self Sign-Up link unique to your company's Employee Dashboard
You can copy the Self Sign-Up link and give the link to your employee base. They can access the link and follow the prompts to set up their login credentials themselves and access their dashboard.
From the Settings page you can also enable the Referral feature so that your employees can manage their referrals from their own dashboard, as well as enable Internal Jobs to be shown on the Employee Dashboard.
