This is available to customers on the Pinpoint Premium plan or the Advanced Reporting add-on. Talk to your Customer Success representative if you'd like access to the Report Builder.
You can use Pinpoint's report builder to create a CSV file containing answers provided by candidates in Pinpoint's onboarding module.
Basic set up
Under Insights > Reports, select Build a New Report.
For the Report Type, choose Candidate.
Click Next.
In the New report: Custom Candidate Report screen, click on the Edit Columns box to reveal a drop down menu with all the possible columns. These are grouped into sections, check the box next to the column(s) you'd like included in the report. We have a special section for Onboarding Answers.
Once you've selected all of the fields you'd like to include in the report, you have two options. You can either run a one-off report, or you can save this report as a template to use again in the future.
Run Report
Clicking on Run Report will generate the Custom Candidate Report which contains the Onboarding Answers you've specified just before.
You'll be able to see the first lines of the report within Pinpoint, or you can download the report CSV file to your computer by clicking on the Download button.
Be careful with where you save this file and whom you share this file with, as it may contain personally identifiable information about your candidate(s).
Save Template
If you click on Save Template, you will be prompted to give the Template a name, and to save the Template.
Once the Template is saved, you have multiple options for processing the report. We're going to focus on two of these options: Edit Schedule and Edit Access.
Edit Schedule
Clicking on Edit Schedule will show you your options for scheduling this report to be sent regularly to the destination of your choice.
Edit Access
Clicking on Edit Access will show you your options for giving access to this report to other team members.
