Once you've created a job in Pinpoint you need a way to drive candidates to it. 

Typically, the sourcing approach we see businesses take involves attracting candidates who are actively looking for a job. However, there is a core of top tier candidates who are not actively looking, ie. not registered with recruitment agencies, not on job boards, and not searching online.

Pinpoint's built-in functionality enables you to create adverts on Facebook for each of your job vacancies, that specifically target these candidates. Using Machine Learning algorithms to reach these candidates means the cost to advertise is far lower than what you would be used to paying (if you're advertising at all). Furthermore, these costs are vastly lower than recruitment agency fees.

Through Machine Learning, our recruitment advertising software will learn what type of candidates typically succeed in filling the vacancy, which will enable us to hone our targeting and find more candidates we think you'll like. It should be noted that our software will never discriminate based on race, age, gender, sex, sexual orientation, or religion.

We do not charge anything for this feature, you simply pay your advertising costs directly to Facebook.

Once you've created a job, you can then click a button to create the ad. Simply set your location, budget, duration, image, and text and our software will take care of the rest.
