For every interview stage within a job you need to set what times the team are available to interview the candidate.
First, browse to the navigation on the left hand side of your Pinpoint Admin Screen and select 'Manage Jobs' under the 'Jobs' section:
Locate the job that the candidate has applied for and click the job title to open it.
Click 'Manage Interviews' from the menu shown below:
If a Custom Hiring Workflow is applied to the job, you'll see a dropdown showing the various interview stages. Click the interview stage you want to edit:
Next click the 'Availability' tab as shown below.
From here, you can set the slots that the candidate can choose from. The easiest way to do this is to click and hold your left mouse button down, then drag and release, to select the slot. Alternatively you can click the '+ Add' button at the top of each day and then manually key in the time slot.
And that's it. Any candidates invited to interview can now select from any of these slots.
