If you want to customize the questions presented to internal and external applicants, you will need to create two separate job postings. Follow the steps below to create multiple job postings with different questions.
The Multiple Postings feature is currently available on select plans. If you're interested in gaining access, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
Step 1: Open the Job Posting
First, log into your account and navigate to the job you want to create multiple postings for. Once you have opened the job posting, click on the "Postings" tab.
Step 2: Create a New Posting
On the postings page, click the "Create New Posting" button. This will open a new posting form where you can edit the job details and application questions. Make sure to set the visibility to Internal.
Step 3: Customize the Questions
You can customize the questions for this posting on the new posting form. This means you can have different questions for internal and external applicants. Existing questions from the current posting are brought over.
Step 4: Save and Publish
Once you have made all the necessary changes, click on the "Create Posting" button to save your new posting. After the posting is created it will still need to be marked as Active.
