Using the Deel Integration

Send details of your hired candidates directly to Deel's HR platform

Our Deel integration allows you to send details of your hired candidates directly to the Deel platform from within the Pinpoint interface, helping you streamline the process of getting newly hired candidates ready to start with your company.

This helpguide is split into 3 parts:


Configuring the Deel Integration

Step 1

In order to link your Pinpoint and Deel accounts, you'll need to have your Deel log in details to hand.

Step 2

In Pinpoint, visit the Settings > Integrations menu

Step 3

In the integrations menu, click on the Apps button and then search for, or scroll down to, the Deel integration. Click the Add button for that integration.

Step 4

From the page that appears, follow the process to Log In to Deel, and authorise the connection to Pinpoint.

Step 5

Press the Disabled toggle in the top right corner until it reads Enabled


How do I send a candidate to Deel?

Step 1

If they aren't already there, move the candidate you wish to add to your Deel system into a Hired stage in a job's hiring workflow.

Step 2

Once they are there, open the candidate's profile and from the action button (three small dots) select the Send to Deel option:

Pinpoint will take you through a series of fields to fill in. Once you have completed the required fields, press the Send to Deel button at the bottom of the form. Our system will send across the data and the candidate will now appear in Deel.


What fields can Pinpoint send to Deel?

  • First Name (required)

  • Last Name (required)

  • Offer Status (required)

  • Start Date (required)

  • Email (optional)

  • Job Title (optional)

  • Nationality (optional)

  • State (optional)

  • Country (optional)
