Once an external recruiter is invited to your Pinpoint platform, they’ll have a view that closely mirrors the admin panel. That said, there are some differences in how recruiters can use the platform.

Within the Manage Jobs section, recruiters can access any roles they’ve been given visibility into, but they are limited to viewing only the candidates they’ve added to those roles.
The recruiter will not be able to see messages, scorecards, or comments left by internal users in the candidate profile. However, they can add their own comments to candidate applications, which can either be shared with anyone who has access to the job or kept private for the recruiter’s view only.
