Creating a Career Site with Pinpoint
We offer four different options for creating a career site, each with its own pros and cons. Let's take a closer look at each option to help you decide which one is best for you.
Option 1: Let Us Build It For You
If you have a package that includes it, our team can build a career site for you. Your Implementation Specialist or Customer Success Manager will work with you to gather all the necessary information, designs, and assets; our team will handle the rest. This is the easiest option for those who don't have the time or resources to build their own career site.
Option 2: Use Our Career Site Builder
If you want more control over the design of your career site, you can use our career site builder. This option allows you to change the design as you see fit. You can even insert custom CSS to customize the style further. You can also add different pages and blocks to make your career site unique.
Option 3: Utilize Our Job Widget or Job's API
Our Job Widget and Job's API are great choices for those who want to use our job listing functionality but still want some customization options. With the Job Widget, you can add a chunk of code to your website that will display a list of jobs. We can help send over the Job widget code if you need any help. If you want even more control, you can use our Job Posting API to customize the look and behavior of the job listing fully.
Option 4: Custom-Built Using Our Jobs API
If you want complete control over the look and functionality of your career site, our Jobs API is the way to go. With this option, you can build your own list of jobs and create a custom application page for each job. This allows for full customization and flexibility in creating your career site, but usually comes with a heavy tech lift on your dev team.
As you can see, each option has its benefits and drawbacks. We recommend speaking with your implementation specialist or customer success manager to determine the best option for your company's needs.
